    1904 tax roll lists the owner as the Central Nebr. Natl Bank, Blk 33, Lots 5 & 6, Orig. DC, no value listed. The Bank listed the tax value of the property at $680. The Cold Storage Co. was renting the building from the Bank. It was located on West side of 4th St., just south of the current 1st National Bank.
