    1904 tax rolls list the owner as Adolph Nitsche, Blk 11, Lots 7, 10, 11, Orig. DC, value $280. The house was located on lot 7 & the north 1/2 of Lot 10, aboaut 100' north of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks on the east side of 4th St. It was demolished circa 1990.
