    1904 tax rolls list the owner as Harmony Lodge #30, Block 33, Orig. DC, Lots 1, 2, 3, value $1600.The building was located on the southwest corner of 4th & D Sts, in the location now occupied by the 1st National Bank. The building underwent many modifications over the years. It served as a dry goods store, Trotter's Clothing Store, Restaurant, Lodge Hall upstairs and apartments.
