    1904 tax roll lists the owner as Jam. Dower, Block 1, Lots 2 & 3, Miles 3rd Addition, value $180. The home is no longer there but during the 1930's it was the home of Mrs. Fox and her daughter. They owned "Candy Kitchen", which was located on the west side of 4th Street in the 500 block, where they sold penny jawbreakers and candy.
