    1904 tax roll lists the owner as Sarah A. Rising, Block 3, Lot 5, Miles 2nd Addition, value $440. The home was located on the northwest corner of 10th & E. Streets but was later removed. It was the home of the McGarvey family and later the Carl Jacobs family. Jess Rising owned three other home building lots in 1904.
