    1904 tax roll lists the owner as Tom Haynes, Block 13, Lot 1 & north 1/2 of Lot 4, value $140. The home was located on the southwest corner of 10th Street & Nebraska, across from David Place, but is no longer there. Thomas Haynes, son of William Jefferson and Nancy Bingham Haynes, was born in 1869 and died in 1963.
