    1904 tax roll lists the owner as Charles Brochtrup, Block 14, Lot 11, Will Thorpe & Perkins 1st Addition, value $300. Mr. Brochtrup also owned lots 2-3-6-7 & 10 on that same block. The home, located on the northeast corner of 9th & I Streets was still there in 2003.
