    1904 tax roll lists the owner as Chancy Brewer, Block 6, Lots 1-2-3--4-5&6, Miles 1st Addition, value $1400. Dr. H.E. Burdick and his wife, Bertha, resided in an apartment in this Hospital in the early days. Loran Jordan, a local druggist, owned this home circa 1930-50s. The home was later owned by Dr. Lawrence & Janice Rudolph from the 1960's-early 2000's.
