    There are two entries for a "Walter" but neither one for an H. Walter. 1904 tax roll lists B. S. Walter, Block 6, north 1/2 Lot 6, Miles 3rd Addition, value $120, which was located on the east side of 10th Street between B & C Streets AND Polly A. Walter, Block 5, Lot 2, Miles 2nd addition, value $250. That home, located on the southeast corner of 9th & D Streets, is no longer there and was replaced with two brick apartments.
