    1904 tax roll lists the owner as Margery E. Boston, Block 3, south 1/2 of Lot 4 & all of Lot 5, Miles 5th Addition, value $140. The home, located on the northwest corner of 9th & Nebraska Streets, is still there. Harvey Boston was born in Iowa in 1871 and moved to David City with his parents in 1891. He opened the Boston Photography Studio in downtown David City in 1893 and continued until his death in 1927. He married Margaret Patterson August 15, 1899. Margaret spent her childhood near Ulysses and lived in a sod house for about ten years. She graduated from David City High School in 1891 and worked as a typesetter in the printing shop until her marriage.
