There are two listings for a Frank Socher who owned a commercial lot on the east side of 5th Street (across the street from the Perkins Hotel) and a house at the northwest corner of 6th & Ohio Streets. The commercial lot housed the Harper Livery & Blacksmith shop, value $280.
