    I. E. Doty is listed many times in the 1904 tax list, however this the only home shown in the A.V. Thomas album that was attributed to him. In 1904, I.E. Doty was listed as the owner of the Perkins Hotel; the building on Lot 2, Block 26, Orig. DC (East side of the downtown square), Block 32, Lot 11, Orig. DC, value $260; Block 6, Lots 2, 3, 6, 7, 10 & 11 (west half of the block), Litty's 2nd Addition, value $440; Block 2, Lots 10 & 11, Litty's 2nd Addition, value $80; and north half of Block 4, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6, Litty's 2nd Addition, value $680. The home in the photo was probably located on the last property listed.
