    1904 tax roll lists the owner as C. M. Osier, Block 1, Lot 2, Orig. DC, value $180. The home, extensively remodeled, still stands on the southeast corner of 7th & H Streets. Si Osier had two sons who lived in the home with him through the 1940's. They ran a home-based business in the southwest room of the home where they did canvas repair and sharpened saws.
