    1904 tax roll lists the owner as Dr. R. G. Rich, Block 1, Lots 7 & 10, Orig. DC, value $360. This home (without the porch) still stands on the northeast corner of 7th & G Streets. Later, Dr. Rich built a larger home on the southwest corner of 7th & G Streets. Dr. Rich served as a medical doctor in World War I.
