    1904 tax roll lists the owner as Tennis Tillma, Block 4, Lots 5 & 8, Orig. DC, value $620. The home still stands today at 745 N. 5th Street. From the 1930's to the late 1990's, it was the home of Minnie (Mildred) Smith and her father, Mr. Reddy, who was a depot agent for the Union Pacific Railroad.
