Osterhout and Becker Lumber and Coal

1904 tax roll lists the owner as the Railroad, Block 12, Orig. DC, Lots 5, 6, 7, 8. The property was located on the railroad right-of-way and was leased to Osterhout & Becker. The property was later sold to them. They sold the property to Sack Lumber Co. in the early 1940's. Sack Lumber has since moved one block south to the old W.A. Wells Lumber location. Sack Lumber donated the original location property to the City to be used as a local youth recreation center in the late 1980's.
