Born in Bohemia. Married 6-15-1874 in Cleveland, Ohio. Moved to Butler Co., NE, with her husband and two young sons circa 1878, homesteading in Franklin Township. She became ill and went into labor or died in childbirth. Her baby, Joseph, died 16 days later and is buried with her.
