Born in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Moved to Oswego, Illinois, with her parents as a child. Married in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 1886. Moved to Nebraska in 1872 and homesteaded near Millerton in rural Butler County. They were the parents of nine children, seven of whom died in infancy. Age: 86 Years, 4 Months, 20 Days.
