    Born about 1833 in PA. According to the 1870 U.S. Census, he was living in PA with his family, working as a contractor. SGT., CO D, 169th PA Inf., Civil War Veteran. No dates on stone. Died after 1885.
    Additional info:
    Born and died dates and parent's names were found on Ancestry.com listing him as Alvah K. Coon with same military data. Both sources state he is buried in DCC, which in inaccurate.
