    Born in Colbitz, Prussia. Married 11/24/1867 in Prussia, Sachsen, Deutschland. Shortly after that they came to U. S. They first settled in Ill. where their first son, Andrew J. was born and later in 1872 they came to Ne., settling in Skull Creek Township where their second son, Henry was born. Their marriage certificate "Heirat" states her name as Anne Friederike Dorothee Niemann.
