Born in Peoria Co., ILL. He married Jane Cook 1-18-1870 in ILL. Jane and six of their children died before he married Julia Parnell in ILL. They had 3 children, one dying in childhood. Came to NE in 1900. Died in the Spanish Flu epidemic.
